Weller E-BAR™

Weller E-BAR™ (Weller Surface Enhancement Technology Products™ – Weller S.E.T. Products™) is a unique protective wear-resistant enhancement that is primarily formulated of tungsten carbide and then mixed with other elements that are specifically formulated to perform best in a given application. It can be easily applied to complex geometric shapes. Weller E-BAR™ is applied to the base metal using proprietary infiltration brazing technology. This process achieves bond strength in excess of 70,000 psi between the new tungsten protective surface and the metal substrate.
